Please review all the information on this page before contacting our office. If you have a question that is not answered on this page, feel free to contact us. If you would like to inquire about an order you have already placed, please include your order number in your message.
Please note: The Mail Order Dept. is open Monday & Thursday, 11 AM - 4 PM, Pacific Time. If you contact us (or place an order) after Thursday evening, we will not be able to reply to you before Monday afternoon.
Most of our shirts are manufactured by either American Apparel or Royal Apparel. These are unisex (men's) "standard" shirts. (Women's sizes, when available, will be clearly noted.) Our shirts are almost always 100% cotton and made in the U.S.A.
Below is a size chart, provided by the manufacturer.
Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist: Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.
This sizing chart is approximate.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders may take 1-4 days to process before they are shipped.
Please note: USPS Priority Mail shipment estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time.
Our office is open Monday - Thursday, 11 AM - 5 PM, Pacific Time. Orders placed after Thursday afternoon will be sent out on the following Monday. Our office is closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on all postal holidays observed in the USA.
Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during holidays.
If you would like to inquire about how much something will cost to ship, please include your address and a list of the items you would like to purchase. Shipping is calculated by weight. We do not charge a handling fee.
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days, anywhere in the USA. Please note: If you place an order after Thursday afternoon and select USPS Priority Mail shipping, your package will not be sent out until the following Monday. USPS Priority Mail shipment estimates are not guaranteed and do not include processing time. Orders may take 1-4 days to process before they are shipped. Please plan ahead and allow extra time if you need a package to arrive by a certain date.
USPS First Class: up to 13oz. This option is almost as fast as USPS Priority Mail and a lot cheaper. Great for CDs, 45s, cassette tapes and shirts. Not available for LPs.
USPS Media Mail: 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer), cheap but very slow. Only available for media: CDs, LPs, 45s, videos, and books/magazines. NOT AVAILABLE FOR T-SHIRTS.
Please note: If you are purchasing a t-shirt and you select USPS Media Mail as your shipping option, your order may be put on hold and you may be charged additional fees. Please select USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders that contain t-shirts. If you need help selecting a shipping option, please contact us.
USPS First Class International (up to 4lbs, only): the most affordable international postage option. Do not expect your package to arrive sooner than 2-3 weeks from the date you receive shipping notification. Heavy items such as "Grab Bags" can not be sent this way, due to excessive weight. Approximate shipping costs for USPS First Class International (excluding the price of the item) are as follows: 1 CD $13; 1 shirt $13; 1 LP $22.
USPS Priority Mail International: This option is faster than USPS First Class International service. All international packages that weigh more than 4lbs must be sent this way.
USPS Priority Mail Express International: This is the fastest (and most expensive) form of international delivery.
Please note: If you place an international order, your package can take 1-2 months to arrive, depending on your country and the length of time it takes for packages to get through customs. Most international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the USA. You are responsible for any and all customs fees.
Even if your package seems to be taking a long time to arrive, please wait 3 weeks after your order has shipped to report any "lost" items. We often get emails from folks who think their package has gone missing, but it almost always arrives. According to the USPS, less than 2% of all mail gets lost - so just hang tight, it will get there soon enough. If your package is in fact lost, we will send it again.
If you place an international order, your package can take 1 months (or more) to arrive, depending on your country and the length of time it takes for packages to get through customs. Most international orders cannot be tracked once they leave the USA.
If you are buying an item as a gift, please place your order well in advance, to allow enough time for it to arrive.
- Items submitted for returns or exchanges must be in their original condition. T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way. LPs and CDs must be in their original, sealed packaging.
If you purchased an item, such as a t-shirt, and would like to exchange it for a different size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that the size you would like is in stock. You can then return the item to us (at the address below) for a replacement. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges and the cost of mailing the new item.
- If you would like to return an item you purchased, please send an email to email@example.com and use the shipping address below. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. When we receive your returned item, we will refund the cost of that item to you through your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Shipping charges will not be refunded (unless your item is damaged or defective, see below).
If you receive the wrong item, or your merchandise is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item was damaged during shipment, please provide a photograph of the damage. We will send you a new item, promptly, at no additional cost.
If you would prefer to order via email instead of using our website and you have a PayPal account, please email email@example.com with your shipping address and a list of items you would like to purchase. We will make sure the items you would like are in stock, calculate the cost of shipping and send you a total before you send us a payment.
Please do not send a payment through PayPal without sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org first.
If you would like to place an order over the phone with a credit card, please contact us during our business hours.
If you live in Olympia, WA and would like to pick up your order, please contact us to make an arrangement. If you have not placed your order yet, we can send you a discount code to void the cost of shipping.

Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads are not included with LP purchases.
If you are purchasing a gift or have any special instructions for your order, please leave us a message in the "Special Instructions" section while you are checking out.
If you receive the wrong item or your item damaged or defective we are happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
