Up The Empire is Holly’s first live album featuring thirteen songs recorded in the summer of 1997 at Bridgetown’s premier nightspot, The Empire Ballroom. Featured on the album are some of Holly's regular live favourites she’s still playing today including ‘Won’t Go Out’ and ‘You Ain’t No Big Thing Baby’.
The band on this album are Brian Nevill on Drums, Matt Radford on Double Bass & Whistlin’, Little George Sueref on Lead Guitar & Harp, Dan Melchior on Guitar & Vox & Dave Kraft on Violin.
Holly Golightly's Up the Empire was originally released in 1998 on the Sympathy For The Record Industry label, now finally available on 12" LP vinyl once again.
