Slippers mastermind Madeline BB’s new album Slippers 08 [PRNL66/KLP314] is a masterpiece, and we dunt throw that description around lightly. This situation, the masterpiece Slippers album Slippers 08 just happens to be a pop record that everyone and their mother can love (as opposed to a record only a mother can love). The album is out June 5 and can be PRE-ORDERED now from The K Mail Order Dept.

In addition to being a longtime drummer who also performs in Le Pain and has previously played in Yucky Duster, BB’s other passion is animation, and the start of Slippers coincides with her time studying that trade in grad school at California Institute of the Arts.
Slippers began in earnest in BB’s current home of Los Angeles but her love of animation and music go back to her childhood in Atlanta, Georgia. So listen to the new Slippers single "Wants for Everyone" and watch some cartoons.
