Outer World "La Dimora"!

Outer World "La Dimora"!

“La Dimora” (Italian for “home”) marks the first single of 2026 from Richmond, Virginia’s Outer World, and a first collaboration between the artists’ label Courtesy Desk and us, fabled underground record label K. “La Dimora” is out today, just ahead of Outer World’s appearance at the Providence Pop Festival May 3. The release of “La Dimora” is accompanied by a video directed by Outer World member Kenneth Close.

The “La Dimora” video imagery erupts like the opening sequence of a spy film; high stakes, devilishly stylish, and charged with the eternal thrill of good battling evil. It prowls and accelerates like a cat-and-mouse car chase, full of seductive tension and sudden bursts of velocity. Beneath all its noir-drenched drama, there’s a pulse of mischief at its heart. “La Dimora” is as serious as it is unmistakably fun. This lyric video in clever disguise pays homage to the iconic animated title sequence style made famous in 1960s spy films.
