As far as the settings on your media player goes, unfortunately most of them are corporate products which are only designed to work smoothly and effortlessly with their online store. Independent online music stores like ours don’t exist to their players. So for windows media player and real player you will have to be sure that the mp3 file gets saved into the folder where all of your other music gets saved and that the player itself is set to rescan that folder on a regular basis. Mac and winamp do a better job at admitting that there might be other online music stores out there. Ultimately you may have to set up your music player yourself. The most important settings are to have it add files to the music library automatically and to have files added to the library added to you playlist. If you are unhappy with your stuff and it has not been opened or washed/worn you can return it for your money back. If you receive a damaged or defective product you can exchange it for new merchandise. How long does it take to get my stuff?
Orders are processed and shipped normally within 2 days, orders placed on a Friday are sent out on the following Monday. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive during/near holidays. Look on our shipping page for shipping methods and costs.
I think my package got lost in the mail.
If your package is taking a long time please wait 3 weeks to report any “lost” packages. We often get emails from folks who think their package has gone missing but it almost always arrives. According to the USPS service less than 2% of all mail gets lost – so just hang tight, it will get there soon enough. If your package is in fact lost you must wait 30 days from your original order date before we will send it again.
